In March 2010 I contacted an Ohio used car dealer that was selling cars on EBay. I called him, he said the car on Ebay was no longer available but he had another one like it I could buy BEFORE it went on Ebay. The car had what I wanted , he emailed me 3-4 nice pictures of the exterior only, I asked the dealer “What does the car need?” he said simply “The car needs nothing” .He then Emailed me instructions on bank to bank wire transfer of $3658.50 .The money was wired on March 3,2010. He never said a word about RUST or the BUYERS GUIDE or no normal oil pressure. This is my first experience ever in doing business with a used car dealer. The bank wire sent the cash.Retail sales price for that model. I hired a car shipper to ship the car to me. The car arrived with complete RUST through and no normal oil pressure. When I called him and asked him ,as a licensed professional HOW does he not disclose the RUST through and lack of oil pressure to potential buyers? How does he do that? He said “oh its AS IS” With my fingers alone I was able to polk holes through the rear axle control arms and from the wheel well into the trunk and into the passenger compartment.Nothing happened to this car AFTER I received it.I do not have buyers remorse.I’d be thrilled to have this car if it had any serviceability left in it. I have proof of what Ive written here and very clear color pictures of the underside and rust through. After I complained to the dealer he then refused to communicate anything in writing after that point.ALL paper work including the BUYERS GUIDE arrived 9 days AFTER the dealer received CASH in full. All paper work arrived IN side the car. What should I do now? Thanks Mikethomas1954@aol.com
