Do you have a generic copy of a “Road Test Agreement?” (too little too late, but…) we have a dealer who had a customer involved with a fatality in Massachusetts so this has become a REAL BIG DEAL here.
Bill: You can obtain a Test Drive Agreement from Rose & Odell Morgan or Nancy Chapman. ALL dealers should be using such a form! If you need anything else, let me know. Keith
