ROD A. HEASLEY AS EXECUTIVE V.P. OF SALES & MARKETING

COMPANY EXPANDS LEADERSHIP TEAM AND ALIGNS ORGANAZATION FOR FUTURE GROWTH

Grapevine, Texas- Peritus Portfolio Services LLC, a leading purchaser of performing and non performing auto secured paper, today announced the appointment of Rod A. Heasley as Executive Vice-President of Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Heasley will be responsible for implementing an aggressive sales and marketing strategy, as well as the development and management of an inside and outside national sales force. Mr. Heasley will report to Peritus’ President & CEO, Mr. Gary Perdue.

“Rod’s extensive experience in organizing, managing and directing a national sales force will strengthen Peritus’ portfolio position nationally. With a proven track record of successfully building multiple large scale sales forces, along with international auto industry contacts in the services, auction and dealer circles are well suited to lead Peritus’ future development efforts as we continue our mission of building our world class financial services platform”, said Gary Perdue , President and CEO.

Mr. Heasley brings more than 26 years of experience in the automotive industry. Most recently, Mr. Heasley served as the National Sales Director for Charter Warranty‘s automotive warranty program, where he was responsible for the overall supervision of over 238 independent business development managers in the U.S. & Canada. He developed the industry recognized agent certification program. Rod is a contributing international writer with numerous articles published on automotive sales training and self motivation as well as dealer development techniques. He has conducted many sales training seminars for numerous state dealer associations and has been a speaker at national automotive conventions in 2007, 2008, 2009 and served as the master of ceremonies at the national F & I convention in September of 2010.
