Did everyone read the latest issue of Used Car Dealer Magazine? Mike Linn has an article about
legislation that was introduced to keep dealers from selling vehicles to consumers that have recalls. Amazing! Just what we need, the Government dictating to dealers what they can & can not sell!
I guess they think they can do this since they used our tax money to bail out GM/GMC (give money/give more cash) & Chrysler.

Anyone needing a program in their service dept to minimize turned down RO’s let me know. It gives the customer 90days to pay while the dealer gets all of their money within 48-72 hrs with no recourse or collections!

The BHPH seminar went well today. Jim & LJ tore it up again!(in a good way of course)

Lots of great info was given along with opportunities for questions that were answered which have had many dealers wondering for a long time. Reminder; Any BHPH dealer that would like to have their Bankruptcy/Non-Performing Paper purchased there is a company that will buy it! It is also available for banks, finance companies & CUs. It’s been a concerning few weeks. Between Libya & Japan we all need to pray for our leaders guidance. Also that peace will come in two forms, one for the people of Japan who have lost loved ones & another for Libya.
