Seatbelt Problem Leads To Porsche Panamera Recall

Porsche has recalled all 11,300 units of the 2010 Panamera to fix a problem with the front seatbelts.  Porsche has stated that the Panamera’s seatbelt mounts could fail in a crash when the front seats are in the full forward position. No injuries have been reported to date.  Porsche says the repair, adding another mounting point for the front belts, is simple and should only take about 15 minutes at a dealership. The repair will be done free of charge.
