    I have 31 years experience in Automotive Sales / Service activity as a Factory / Dealership Representative with General Motors Corporation. Last 14 years with General Motors Audit Staff as a Factory / Dealership Auditor of Sales Incentive and Service Warranty claims submitted by Dealer to Factory for reimbursement. I now work with Dealerships as a consultant, helping them prepare or responding to a Factory / Dealership Audit.

    I spend time with a Dealership, watching daily activities and reviewing Sales Incentive and Service Warranty claim records. I provide a detailed report listing potential problems and recommended corrective actions. I can offer advice and assist during a complete Factory Audit process as outlined below:

    – Provide assistance and guidance
    during a Factory / Dealership
    Audit.
    – Prepare Dealership for a Factory
    Audit closing meeting reducing
    financial loss.
    – Assist with providing
    justification for backup
    information.
    – Investigate all Factory Audit
    charge backs for legitimacy
    and possible contention.

    completion and submission of
    follow-up reports to Factory.
