Rumor has it that Mike Linn was spotted out at the pool, dressed in a suit and tie, lounging with the Carfox from Carfax.  Anybody able to confirm this?

We just completed the walk thru for tomorrow’s Opening Session of the 2010 NIADA Convention and it should be quite a day!  I was able to get a quick tour of the Convention Facilities from Mike Linn and the NIADA staff and it looks like they have done it again by creating an outstanding convention layout.

Hello all you Buckeye Fans back in Ohio. Today is Monday the 14th of June and the first day of the NIADA Convention here in sweltering Las Vegas Nevada. Remember …………..there is a three hour time difference from Ohio to Las Vegas. Last night my wife Cricket and I arrived here at Caesars Palace around 7:30 PM and the temperature was only 89 degrees. I think that a cold front had just gone through. After registering we went to the room, unpacked and went back downstairs to grab a bite to eat. After dinner Cricket and I went over and registered at the Casino where they give you a card and start you off with a free $5.00 voucher that can be used in the Slot Machines. Cricket and I both took our cards and our $5.00 dollar vouchers and parlayed that $5.00 into $100.00 each. I looked at my watch and it was around 10:00 PM Vegas time which meant that it was way past my usual bedtime so I went back up to the room to go to bed. Cricket stayed about an hour later and managed to parlay her $100.00 into $0. She returned to the room and woke me so she could tell me about her loss. Moral of the story; He, or she, who wins and runs away has money to gamble another day.

Well here it is in the 11th hour on Sunday June 13th……the day before the NIADA Convention in Las Vegas Nevada. My wife Cricket and I are getting packed and anxious to board our flight for the bright lights of Vegas. Truth be told Cricket is anxious to play the slot machines while I, on the other hand, am looking forward to all the educational seminars as well as the private meetings I have with some possible new “Preferred Partners”. There are a lot of new programs out there that will provide added profits to all dealers who take the time to attend the NIADA EXPO at Caesars. Of course all of this starts with the opening session on Tuesday conducted by our own Counselor of Compliance…… Mr. Keith Whann. I see from some of the posts here on Auttr that Keith is not going to stop there but has a full schedule including the Social Media Session with the ever popular radio personality Philip Zelinger.
