Plan for a successful 2010…Double your business in a down market??? Here are some thoughts for 2010. You are welcome to copy or pass along.

1. Think OUTRAGEOUS…rather than plan for a small increase, set your sights on something so BIG it seems beyond reach. Write it down someplace, think about it, even laugh about it…the goal will begin to take a life of its own.

3. Begin to brainstorm all of the “CRAZY” things you would have to do to hit your “OUTRAGEOUS” Goal. Let your team get in on the brainstorming sessions.

4.Start out with the items above that you can implement fast. SPEED is important, take some new action immediately. Often times, you already know many of the things that will double your business, and you just need to make up your mind to “go for it.” Fear of failure and criticism, is often all that really holds us back.
